Hi and thanks for watching! This is my 20K giveaway (GAW) prize draw video.
In this video, Maggie and I head off into the pine forest to try out my new Chammock hammock chair and to make some soup on the Firebox stove. Soup Recipe
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 medium sized potato, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
I tbsp chopped greenery (I used nettles and cleavers)
1 vegetable stock cube, chopped or crumbled
1 tbsp butter
500ml water
Salt and Pepper
Fry the onion in the butter until soft and translucent. Add the potato and carrot, pour over the water and bring to the boil. Add the stock cube and simmer until the vegetables are soft. Blend (or mix/smash up the veg). Add the chopped greens. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy out of a suitably grubby camping mug.
