The high level of the enemy should clue you in that this isn't really a battle you're meant to win. Tenshi will just use a single target attack that deals overkill damage ten times before running away, and she has more than four times as much HP as the other bosses on 6F as well as pretty high defenses. However, if you can manage to reduce her HP to below 66%, you get a set of reward increasing items, and if you somehow manage to actually defeat her within the time limit, you get an endgame equip that's unfortunately not all that strong, but it looks pretty nonetheless.
That being said, under Hard Mode limitation there really isn't a lot you can do to actually think of defeating her. You could try overlevelling (the challenge level is pretty lenient at least, and I'd imagine if anyone's actually bored enough to level close to 40, rushing down 96k HP isn't going to be terribly difficult given her defenses are kind of mediocre at that level), but that would take a lot of grinding and make the next segments of the game very boring. Without a lot of grinding, you'd almost definitely need to at least get Yuugi already as she's the only character who can really do a lot of damage (thanks to Last Fortress), and have a lot of good luck with Poison/Heavy/Tenshi's targetting. since I don't even have Yuugi on the team to begin with, I decided to forget about defeating her and just focus on bringing her HP to below 2/3. Thankfully Tenshi never targetted Wriggle, and Comet on Earth was pretty cooperative (each one has 52% chance of landing), but it definitely could've taken quite a nubmer of resets if RNG wasn't kind to me.
