Like the original Kraken, this thing mostly uses SHK-inducing attacks except at 66% and 30% HP where it charges up for Octangle Attack. Its ability to hurt you is relatively lacking, though, and it's open to all debuffs except ATK, and only somewhat resistant to PSN/HVY/SIL. It has high DEF and even higher MND but reducing them aren't that difficult due to the holes in its resistances.
Oh and also unlike the three previous bosses, it is properly immune to DTH so no cheesing the fight with Yuyuko for you, though it really shouldn't warrant that.
