This fight is optional for a while, but you'll need to eventually fight it to get 2 fragments and trigger one of the events needed to recruit Shou. It's not that difficult anyways so I just got it out of the way while my party's average level is still below the challenge level.
Hina will use Biorhythm to debuff your entire party every two turns, but unlike the original Hina fight she is fully immune to debuffs herself. She does retain the old debuff reversal/spinning around to remove statii gimmick (in case you try to suicide bomb her with Cirno). Parsee is kind of like Kogasa and will try to inflict TRR, and then capitalize on it with Jealousy of the Kind and Lovely, but she doesn't use the latter with any kind of intelligence and will just throw it out randomly. The danger she poses is pretty RNG; she can hurt you pretty badly if she spams Grudge Returning, or she can be like in this run, spamming Jealousy for no reason and being no threat whatsoever. There isn't really much to say about this battle; just weather Hina's Biorhythms and hope Parsee is nice to you.
