This boss has a very simple plan: It charges, then blasts with Ether Flare, then repeat until it dies or your party is wiped out. Unlike Yuuka's Master Spark, Ether Flare is strong but not unsurvivable, so you just need to pick one good tank with a lot of MYS affinities to survive each blast while switching in attackers to hit it afterwards.
