It's just a boss rush with all the enhanced bosses that spawned after you cleared the regular boss rush. Make sure you have attackers capable of dealing damage to Mirror and Magatama, and that's about it. The reward sucks too; the best thing you get out of it is basically the sizable exp and money at the end.
