Statwise it's not too different from Hollow, but it has a slightly tricker action pattern. Normally it'll mostly cycle through elemental breaths, which do pretty nasty multi-target damage, but every 20% HP lost it'll go in one of the color phases. The red phase at 60% and 20% isn't so bad; 500 PHY affinity on a sturdy tank should let you survive a hit, but the blue phase at 80% and 40% is real nasty as it's difficult to find characters who can survive all eight Whirlwinds. This team is thankfully very suitable for this since it has Aya who can reduce the damage, and Mystia plus an evasive team to inflict unresistable debuff on it whenever it misses (and it's unlikely to hit all four characters at once given that I stacked some evasion for this); though any team could replicate the effects to some degree by using an Elementalist and Avoidance Rings. Since the red phase will only every hit the far left character and four Dragon Strengths take quite a while to go through, it's in your best interest to DPS the Dragon God down as much as possible so you don't have to eat another barrage of Dragon Whirlwinds.
