Here, Sanae will try to support Kanako and Suwako who will be doing all sorts of attacks. As soon as you debuff any of them, Sanae will start counteracting with them Miracle Fruits, and when you lower their HP she will sometimes start healing with Yasaka's Divine Wind which heals for like 3m. She has low-ish resistances to all ailments except DTH so you can slow her down with disables, but since I have awakened Mystia on my team I can't really avoid her Miracle Fruits and I don't really feel like dealing with it so I just went for a quick kill. Kanako and Suwako, for their part, gains stronger spellcards as the number of enemies decrease, but they're honestly not notably strong either way (having Mystia passively landing irresistable debuff on them certainly helped, though), so you can pretty much just approach them with whatever.
