In Osnabrück, Germany, 1991, the biennial KlangArt festival was founded. This festival was focused on the interaction between music and technology. Kraftwerk is known for their music that is created with electronic technology, so, they participated in the 2nd event of this festival in 1993. The concert took place in the Stadthalle, now known as the OsnabrückHalle.

This was not their first German concert in 1993. There's a live picture of Computerwelt in Groningen 1993 showing German projection text. Around 2 thirds of the Dutch population speak German which is possibly the reason why they played a German concert in Groningen 1993, but also in Utrecht 1981.

First songs of the setlist were played without mistakes unlike last concert in Gent. However, the first flaw appeared when playing the intro of Radioaktivität. The orchestron at the beginning can be faintly heard being drowned by the audience shouting out song names like "Neonlicht".

In Trans Europa Express, there was a stuck key MIDI error after the intro. It's not quite noticable when not paying attention like the MIDI error in Music Non Stop. When Ralf pressed the notes of the riff melody, the pad kept hanging. It stayed like this for the entire solo.

Some changes that I forgot mentioning are those with the appearance of the band members. During the late '91 concerts they wore black sweaters with turtlenecks. After this tour leg, they returned to black shirts in 1992, but with black ties that have LED lights on them. This was the first time using them live. Previously, they were only worn in the music video of The Robots. Another small touch is Henning's sideburns he grew himself in late 1992/early 1993.

Special thanks to Babass_ for uploading source 1 and source 2.

Source 1 is heavily bassy, but a bit weak on the mid-frequency range and has a grain. Some songs are more effected by the grain, some songs are less effected by it. The grain took the heaviest toll on Das Model. Because of the grain, it was difficult to increase the high frequencies. Increasing the mid frequencies was more doable. Unfortunately, Taschenrechner and parts of Trans Europa Express are missing.

Source 2 is used to fill the gaps in Trans Europa Express and Taschenrechner. The sound is distant on this source, but the quality is still decent in Trans Europa Express. Just the mid and high frequencies got increased. It still lacked some depth, so it got stereo matrixed with source 3. In Taschenrechner, the quality starts to deteriorate. Even this source has gaps in Taschenrechner.

Source 3 was for a long time the only source in circulation. It comes from a VHS tape and it's known for the low audio quality. There's a snippet of the low-gen tape with decent audio quality, but like the high-gen tape it has problems with the kick drum. This source is used to give source 2 more depth and to fill in the gaps in Taschenrechner. I used the video remaster version made by FUBUKI 3-6-9 aka. CERAMIC PLANT because it has less white noise and I equalized it slightly. It wasn't easy syncing both sources.
