30 years ago, a festival was founded in Wiltshire, UK with the name "Tribal Gathering" where electronic music artists performed there every year it took played. The location for Tribal Gathering was moved to Luton in 1996 where the venue was placed in the Luton Hoo Estate.
There was an announcement of a Kraftwerk concert in Tribal Gathering 1996, but it was cancelled for unknown reason.
The following year, the festival took place in the same area and this time Kraftwerk performed there as the headliner. It was their first concert after 1993 and new material was expected to be performed at that concert. A new album was announced several times in the late 90s, but it never came out.
The setlist for this concert started like the one from the last concert in Linz 1993. The drums stayed supposedly the same in Numbers and Computer World. Fritz put a flanger on rim. He did the same to other drums in most songs played in this concert. Unfortunately, Computer Love got removed to make space for new songs.
A very noticable change is in the appearance of the band. The stage didn't only return to its straight-lined shape it had in 1992. The members got older. Ralf looked a bit like nowadays at that time, Henning shaped off his sideburns he had in 1993, Fritz' hair turned gray and Florian turned bald.
The Man Machine's drums seem like as if they changed, but they didn't. They only lost their punchy sound. In Autobahn, the drums got changed again after 1993, but the beat stayed the same.
1992, Kraftwerk performed a small tour in the UK to put out a sign against the Sellafield nuclear site. On MTV, a short track with a vocoder reporting the capabilites and the impacts of the future 2nd nuclear reactor in Sellafield was played. The tour flopped at the end, but that track got added into Kraftwerk's setlist in 1997. The official name of this track is unknown, but it is considered to be "Sellafield 2".
Another change in the setlist is the swapping of The Robots/Robotronik and Pocket Calculator. The latter song started with technical difficulties. Orchestral strings could be heard in the background being played in a wrong key. Then it finally started. Strangely, a sitar was used for the arp. Midway through Pocket Calculator, Ralf decided to sing the song in Japanese which was unusual for the old Kraftwerk era. The audience didn't understand a single word.
After the 2nd encore, a deep synth was tuning. Finally, Kraftwerk returned with a new song. Like Sellafield 2, the official name of this song is unknown. There are 3 names for this: Tribal, Luton and Nummweltverschmutzung. All 3 names originated from bootleg CD tracklists. A fan reported that they had allegedly talked with Fritz about this song after a 1998 concert. Fritz had first said that it was called Tribal, but when the fan had mentioned the name "Nummweltverschmutzung", Fritz had made a surprised face. The bassline of this song was sampled from "The Art Of Falling Apart" by Soft Cell which is possibly the reason why this song is unreleased. There's a rumour of Fritz threating Kraftwerk after the cancellation of the late 90s album with leaving the band if a new album doesn't get produced and released.
The last song is Music Non Stop. The arrangement stayed the same, but there's not theatrical transition between Florian's solo and Fritz' solo and Ralf stopped to farewell the audience.

There are 2 recordings of this concert, a BBC broadcast and an audience recording. The latter one is complete and the audience can be heard much clearer. Taping devices started getting better in the late 90s and this recording is a good example for it. I enhanced the kick drums and increased the high frequencies. Somehow, the kick drums sound boxy which could be the fault of the taping device.
