Have you ever seen the misters in the Komodo dragon habitat in PETRONAS Gateway to Asia? 🚿 In their native Indonesia, Komodo dragons experience 70% humidity – and that’s in the dry season! In Calgary, wintertime humidity is 55% and 45% in summertime, so we make sure that this habitat mimics the natural conditions Komodo dragons experience in the wild. Finetuning habitats like this is all part of the work we do to make sure the animals in our care are comfortable! 🦎
