One of the missions for Kirby Air Riders tasks you with finding the "hidden path above the cave." It’s been a few months since the game came out, but I was having a lot of trouble finding that cave in Fantasy Meadows, so here is a video for it if you’ve had trouble too.
The hidden path is directly asbove where you enter the windmill-like structure, and the entrance is concealed, which is why I couldn’t find it for so long. What looks like a wall of the structure, you can pass right through. Very few characters can gain the height necessary; one of them that can do it, as I found out, is Meta Knight through his special move, Night Wing (no relation to the Batman character), which gives him near unlimited vertical mobility if you put him on the Winged Star or the Paper Star. (If this was also in the original Kirby Air Ride, I never found it.)
Your reward is a thick foliage pattern for machine customization. I’ve not really seen it in the showcases for other people’s machines, so perhaps not a lot of people have completed this mission, or it just isn’t that popular of an artistic choice.
