I finally gathered up the courage to make a Guitar Medley of Kirby 64 The Crystal Shards!! This is still one of my all time favorite Kirby games mostly because of the fact that you can combine 2 power ups with each other (which has never been done again since) and the music! Imo, this is the best Kirby soundtrack of all time and I find it so funny how this cute, pink little puffball has such hard hitting music but also just plain fun music like Pop Star! Especially with early Kirby soundtracks, it feels like the composers just had big sugar rushes when making these songs because there's so much going on and a lot of it is super fast too! I'm always impressed by them for being able to make such interesting and catchy songs and I'm so happy I finally decided to dedicate my time into making this! Like I said earlier, Pop Star is very cute and perfect for the first level of the game. It's also brutally hard to play because of how fast it is and Rock Star is probably the most hype track in the game for me. I unfortunately had to splice the fast run in the beginning because even through practice by slowing it way down and working my way up, it proved to be too difficult for me to get clean and I really didn't want to simplify it so yeah, I'm kinda bummed that that was the only thing I wasn't able to get authentic in this medley but I want to be honest about it too you know! Quiet Forest has always been a beautiful song to me and Neo Star and Factory Inspection are some of my favorites in this soundtrack, it's so epic and moving, I love it! Anyway, I'm very happy and proud that I was able to pull this off and I hope you'll enjoy my Guitar Medley of Kirby 64 The Crystal Shards!
