Is this perhaps the happiest song out there?! SO HAPPY! Yoshi And Cookies is one of the levels in Yoshi's Woolly World and it plays this jolly tune. Those that have played Kirby's Epic Yarn will recognize that beginning melody because that was reused for this level which is really cool to me!
