Look Outside 2.3 added in its own crossover with Kingdoms of the Dump (and if you played Kingdoms of the Dump you might have met a very trustworthy and friendly moth) that allows you find some action figures and a secret area to fight all the playable cast from the game.
Most figurines need the janitor's keyring to access the janitor rooms and the break room, with Dustin's figurine being in the room Aurelius is in and Musk's figurine needing herbicide to open the door west of the mutant camp. Repeatedly examining the poster in the break room will let you enter a secret area for the boss fight if you have all the figurines.
With a strong group you can end up killing characters before they fully move forward (kind of detracts from seeing the cool artwork!) so I opted for using a weaker party (this can also occur if you push Dustin into their second phase prematurely). They'll get off more moves and that can hurt with Cerulean healing and Walker Jacket/Lute blasting you with magic that comes with nasty status effects.
The reward for winning is the All-Seeing 8-Ball which you randomly found in the trash before this update. If you already have the 8-Ball on a save (whether it's used or not) there is no reward for the fight. The 8-Ball lets you get a one-time bonus or temporary effect (heavy damage on enemies, full healing, invulnerability or a notable stat boost for a few rounds, lots of money but with the drawback of raising shop prices, or gaining the Junk Sword weapon)
