In any Mac word processor, you know you can press your arrow keys to move back and forward one character at a time. But hold down the Option key and now the arrow keys jump you one word back or forward. Hold down Command, and they take you to the start and end of the line. Option and the up and down arrows go to the start and end of the current paragraph. And Command-Up, Command-Down go to the start or end of your document.
