Websites ask to send you notifications and you’re sure you said no, but somehow they get through. Travelodge just did this to me, so I went to Safari, then Settings, clicked on Websites, scrolled to Notifications, searched the startlingly long list of sites that have asked to notify me of nothing I want to know, and turned Travelodge from Allow to Deny.
