Right from the Mac’s Finder, you can rename one or many documents. Select what you want, right click, and then type the new name. You can have text that goes before the current name, or after it. You can replace text, or you do can format numbers. Say “March 2026” followed by a number, and the Mac will put 1, 2, 3 wherever you want.
