In the previous video we churned through the theory of JFETs (link below). We’ve learned that they are very simple devices that have some tricks up their sleeves. Now it’s time to make the leap from theory to practice.

We start by measuring a J176 P-channel JFET with a component tester and a multimeter. Then we use that JFET as low/high side DC switch, at which it sucks. Finally we switch an AC signal with that JFET and there it really shines.
