KOJRO Retro innovations | It’s only logical. Episode 13 “Divide and conquer with the SN7476”. A Christmas Calendar from KOJRO. @kojroRI | Uploaded December 2023 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
This is my second take on a 24 episode Christmas calendar. Last time the task was presenting a new vintage computer from the MS-Dos area each time. This time I am going to cover some even older bits of computer history, and these bits play a part even today. We are going to look into the bread-and-butter logic chips, and the theory behind them. Mainly the 74xxx series of TTL gates.
The thirteenth episode we put the SN7476 JK flip flop to the test, and also try to kame sense of it on my new oscilloscope, the ZEEWEII DSO2512G
