For many, the sadness they’ve carried for years eventually transforms into rage. And that rage often stems from a childhood where boundaries weren’t respected, where a parent’s emotional needs took over, leaving no room for safety or self-expression.

Feeling angry about what happened is often a necessary step in healing. Anger tells us something isn’t right. It’s a signal from our body to tell us that our boundaries are valid.
