Very few people have awakened to the Reality that they're Pure Consciousness wrapped in perceptional consciousness. That they are the Word made flesh. As a result of this they believe they are the Avatar or body and mind. This has caused great attachments, that lead to great misery. Basically their life has become nothing more than a projections of the mind. In this video I give several practical practices you can do every day to transcend perceptional reality and begin deeply touching the here and now.
