Welcome to Week 2 of our 3-Week Diastasis Recti Core Healing Series!
If you’ve completed the beginner workout and you’re ready to build more stability, strength, and control — you’re in the right place.

Today we’re moving into intermediate, physical-therapy-based core rehab exercises that challenge your deep core and pelvic floor in new ways while still keeping every movement safe for diastasis recti.

We’ll work on strength, stability, coordination, and breath… all the foundations your body needs before progressing to more advanced core work.
Still no crunches. Still no planks.

Just intentional, effective movement that actually heals your abs from the inside out.

FAQ’s:
► How do I know I’m ready for the intermediate workout?
If you can complete the beginner exercises with great form, minimal shaking, and no doming/coning, you’re ready to progress.

► Why no crunches or planks yet?
Before loading your core with higher-pressure positions, we need to ensure your deep core and pelvic floor can stabilize and support your spine. Your long-term results depend on doing this phase correctly!

► Does this heal diastasis recti?
Yes — when done consistently and progressively. DR responds best to physical therapy–style training, breath work, and safe core strengthening (exactly what we’re doing here).
