Rocky Mountain PBS recently began production on a documentary exploring the past, present and future of moose in Colorado. On Wednesday, Journalists Amanda and Cormac headed to the University of Colorado’s Natural History Museum to speak with archaeozoologist William Taylor.

Bones can help scientists understand more about the animals that have lived here, but first scientists must determine from which animal a bone came.
