I spent exactly two hours fast-walking 4.3 miles around the Cotton Bowl which is at the center of the State Fair of Texas on the last Saturday of the season in Dallas. My goal was two fold:
1. try the new Sony A7CII Sony w/20-70mm f/4G lens out on street photography, and...
2. See "Big Tex" for the first time.

I think I did OK on both fronts and even got to sit in a 2023 Ford Maverick at the Auto Show. The A7C was my favorite camera last year when I did a similar video shooting all day long on College Street in Toronto. I said that it was my favorite camera for street photography... not so much anymore. Watch the video to see my images and hear what I have to say about Big Tex and the new body from Sony.
