Stop training like a bodybuilder if you want to move like an athlete.

You can be strong in the weight room but still feel sluggish on the court. Why? Because court sports require rapid force production, low ground contact time and movement in multiple planes. To fix that "heavy" feeling, we have to bridge the gap between force potential and sport performance.
