In this Lumen Metabolic Coach Review, I unbox the Lumen and use it for several days before giving you my opinion about it.
I show you how to use the Lumen Metabolism app and exactly how to set it up. I go through some of the settings within the app so you can see some options you have to make the app give recommendations based upon your specific goals.
I demonstrate how to blow into the Lumen and show you my first experiences trying it out. I also share my opinion about who the Lumen might be best for based upon what I learned about it.
One thing I learned is that the Lumen is not designed for someone that wants to stay on a strict ketogenic diet. I originally thought the Lumen was perfect for someone on a keto diet because I thought the Lumen would help you to know if you are in ketosis. The truth is, being in ketosis can throw Lumen readings off.
If you're wondering who the Lumen is for, it's for people that want to improve their metabolism and specifically get better at being metabolically flexible. According to Lumen, being metabolically flexible is the ability of your body to easily switch back and forth from burning carbohydrates to burning fat, and vice versa.
