In honour of VE Day 80, I invite you to step back in time with me as I spend the day living as a 1940s woman on Victory in Europe Day. This video is a heartfelt tribute to those who lived through the Second World War — featuring the day in a life of a woman waking up on that monumental day and her reaction to hearing the news that would change everything. It includes a patriotic VE Day outfit, a victory cake, and plenty of bunting! Plus a special surprise that brings the voices of the past to life.
