Is there something actually special about 9 bar or is it just a byproduct of fine grinding? I finally decouple pressure from percolation using a Flair 58 and a blind basket.

With it, the beanconqueror app, and a smart scale, I can record full pressure and output profiles. Pressure profiles are recorded using the Popsicle, a custom built bluetooth pressure transducer designed by Mike and Shay. The Popsicle uses a commonly available automotive pressure transducer coupled to a bluetooth capable board and custom battery management software.
