This is Shay's (of caffeinated.science) customized pid controlled open boiler lever espresso machine. With it, the beanconqueror app, and a smart scale, I can record full pressure and output profiles. Pressure profiles are recorded using the Popsicle, a custom built bluetooth pressure transducer designed by Mike and Shay. The Popsicle uses a commonly available automotive pressure transducer coupled to a bluetooth capable board and custom battery management software. Altogether, this is one of the most advanced machines you can get at a fraction of the cost.
