And happy fucking heatwave đ„” Yes, when I shared all my masks it was during the Winter Holidays, now I'm sharing my backgrounds because the world is BURNING. I've had zero interest in editing all through my summer holiday, so you most likely won't see any new crossovers for me for a little while. Especially because my very last term for my education starts in August, and final exams and graduation is in December. So I'm giving away all the backgrounds I have screnshot, edited or collected over the years. (If you recognize a background you know you made and shared, please do tell me so I can credit you here.)
Some of these backgrounds are just screenshots. Others have been edited though so ex. characters aren't in them anymore. And some of them aren't fully finished in their editing, so you may still see characters or part of them. This is 13+ years of backgrounds, people, they will vary in quality and whether they're fully finished or not xD
I won't be uploading these in separate files, so you'll have either download this video (I recommend 4k downloader, it's HD quality and completely free) or ask me if there's backgrounds from just one movie you want or something like that. This is my part for TheNamelessDolls MEP about her To Belong series!

Plot: No real plot here as such, except what you see, though I think I can say a little bit. Im not 100% into the lore of To Belong so I cant sit here and be all like: Oh, this is what happens because of this and that I know 100% that this could happen in that world and yadda-yadda-yadda, BUT what I imagine here is that this is a type of prison. What have these three characters done to be thrown in jail? Beats me, but its nothing big xD Nevertheless, Holli and Lina are sleeping when a puppy starts crying. Holli approaches her, transforming into her human self. After Lina has transformed as well, Holli brings the puppy over to them so she can sleep on Linas lap. Feeling comfortable with the women, the puppy turns into its human self, Shanti.
And after this, once theyre outta jail, theyll be a happy little family. Maybe theyre con-artists, who knows? xD

SO! I have quite a bit to say so buckle the fuck up. Ill try to make it quick though.
First of all, I asked some time ago in a community post if there was anything people really wanted to see for my part in this MEP. I got some great suggestions, but I fell particularly in love with Riya Rios idea of having Holli being in love with Lina, try and make a deal with a demon, only to find out shes an actual demon. I loved the twist so I went with that idea, thank you to Riya Rio for it! :D
Second of all, a huge thank you to the extremely patient Miss Livvy for not granting me just one, but two extensions, due to me getting sick and therefore having to spend time trying to get back on track in school. Thank you so much for not kicking me out xD
Third of all, one of the rules for the MEP was to make it black&white with a hint of red so I leaped at the opportunity to do one of my old-time favorite gradients from back when harsh colorings were pretty damn common in the editing community. And doing this again so many years later made me realize theres pros and cons to this type of coloring... A pro is that its easier to hide certain mistakes and simply just not have to fix them cause the coloring will hide it anyway. But that is also a con, you constantly have to keep the coloring in mind or else certain things will disappear or look off. I spent quite a bit of time re-rendering manips just because the colors looked bad with the coloring xD It was a fun throwback though Cx
PLOT:
Holli has the hots for Lina, a chick who randomly dances in the streets cause its New Orleans baby and dreams do come true. One day, Dr. Facilier, the local voodoo hoodoo man, catches Hollis attention. She follows him to a place best described as perfect for human trafficking and buys a card he claims will literally summon a love demon. Either Holli is fucking blind or she assumes the picture of the love demon looks a lot like her innocent little crush because thats who shes in love with...
Either way, she goes to the forest to summon the demon cause *insert Frollo saying witchcraft* and what the fuck do ya know, the love demon actually IS Lina. Before Holli can question her own stupidity, Lina distract her with a kiss that takes her breath away. No, seriously, shes dead now, especially after Lina uses her demonic powers to break Hollis neck and make her look like the crooked man. After the unnecessary neck-breaking, Lina throws Holli into the card, making her the love demon, cause Lina needs a vacation. The end.

Let me quickly make this clear in case anyone is unsure: No, this is NOT a pride MEP, I just happen to be posting this sign-up in June xâD
Theme: Lovers fight against religious extremists trying to keep them apart.
This is in no way shape or form supposed to be anti-religion. The song is blasphemous, and religion is a theme in this MEP. However, religion does not have to be shown in a negative light. If any participants do wish to go all out with an anti-religious message, however, this is allowed. A warning will be placed at the beginning of the final project so as not to trigger any religious trauma and so forth, just in case.
Here are a few ideas for anyone who wants to participate, but is unsure what to do:
Scenario A: Character A is a religious figure (priest, nun, etc.) and despite being sworn to celibacy and a life of solitude, falls in love with character B
Scenario B: Character A falls in love with a demon/unholy creature of some sort
Scenario C: Character A and B are gay (unfortunately a very realistic scenario in terms of religion)
Scenario D: Character A and B belong in different religions
Scenario E: Character A and B have families and are in the same religious community, but have an affair
Scenario F: Human sacrifice by religious cult
Keep in mind these are merely suggestions for those who need it. You are more than welcome to think of something of your own đ„°
Also, despite the singer being male, all female characters are allowed as well. I see the singer as more of a narrator :D

So onto the actual video:
Lina is a shy girl who is HELLA non-confrontational to the point where shell let two guys mentally overpower her even she is out with her friend Holli. Holli, Linas future girlfriend and current mentor in telling boys to back off, goes on the stage to do exactly that. Lina, encouraged by Holli, steps onto the stage and takes over the song, causing the two himbos to be like... huh??? xD Its worth pointing out that Miguel and Tulio arent supposed to come off as jerks, they are just well-meaning, but airheaded dudes that dont consider that maybe, JUST MAYBE, its a little over-whelming for a girl to be hit on by two guys at the same time.
Also, do you guys realize this is my newest Hollina video since December 2018??? Thats inexcusable. Someone take my Hollina crown away from me xD

Yes, I am once again bringing you my newest obsession Charmine! And it is once again for an MEP by @-sugarush Will she ever get sick of my shit? Who knows! I at least didnt keep bugging her with my I havent edited for a full year and dunno wtf Im doing now lol pls send help this time... Im feeling more confident again! Mostly... Ill get there eventually. Hopefully.
Anyway! The story here is hopefully straightforward enough; Jasmine seeks out the help of Cupid to find out if the prince she has her eyes on is actually worth of her affection or not. Cupid goes bet, babygirl and uses her mirror to check out who Aladdin really is and he... is a fuck boy. Yup, the mirror shows his true soul and his true soul is a fucking hoebag who flirts with any woman with a pulse. This of course saddens Jasmine and Cupid tries to comfort her and... open ending. Cliffhanger. Whatever you wanna call it.
This project actually made me want to do a full video with the entire story cause there was a lot I just couldnt fit into less than 30 seconds. And even as is, I am genuinely worried it is still rushed... but SugarRush permitted me to keep the ending more neutral rather than having Cupid hit on Jasmine the moment she finds out the guy she was crushing on is a fuck boi... he felt too much like a fuck boi too if I did that đ Either way, its always more motivating to have people interested in a project so if thats something you want to see, do let me know!
And another thing that I actually did in my former Charmine video too, but it was less obvious... I have, what I am choosing to call, fixed Jasmines skin color (and her jewelry). What I mean by that is that I have always found it a bit odd (and potentially problematic) that everyones skin color in Aladdin is very... red. Almost as red as the Native Americans in Peter Pan. Which is... not cool. Back when I was in @MxDisney 2024, that was one of the main reasons I decided to make Jasmine black rather than keep her Arabian, so I could experiment with her skin color a bit more. I am planning on continuing to change her skin color this way in future videos. Oh, and the same with her jewelry. It has never made historically sense that Jasmine, a princess, is wearing bronze jewelry... so since I am making her skin less red, I might as well make her jewelry actually gold. Now its at least a little bit more realistic and historically accurate. Not a lot, but at least more than Disneys original design of her.
I think Im done babbling now.
