Hey dudes, dudettes and dudles!
The battle is won, but the war isn't over. Article 11 and article 13 were officially rejected and the Copyright Directive has been sent back to the drawing board and will return in September from 10th to 13th, revised.

So, yeah, Americans? Please start caring a little bit more. Your fellow Europeans were roaring with you when Net Neutrality was roaring. Please help us now. I can't count how many stupid, selfish comments I've seen from American people who said they didn't care because it didn't affect them. Well, it does, smart ass. In more ways than you think. So fight with us.
Here's also a thing if you're still not convinced: Once something has been allowed in one continent... it's more likely to spread to others. So Net Neutrality is more likely to happen if Copyright Directive happens in Europe. So, if you really don't want to help Europeans, think of it as you helping yourself.
