Tormach Inc. | How to Setup and Install the Tormach 24R CNC Router @tormachinc | Uploaded December 2019 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
Note: At 04:38 the rear of the controller shows an RGB connection. Those are no longer included and have been replaced with an HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is included with the new controller.
The setup of the Tormach 24R CNC Router is relatively straightforward. Since it's built with welded steel and an iron frame, it comes completely assembled. This is convenient for ease of setup, but you do have to take some things into consideration. Tormach recommends using a forklift to remove the 24R off of the shipping pallet. This is the quickest way to get it into your workshop. Because we know that not everyone has a forklift we also include a link to a separate video for an alternative method.
Before you setup your 24R CNC Router we recommend you download the Operators Manual and read through all the safety, electrical, site and tool requirements: tormach.com/support/wpdmpro/um10564-24r-operators-manual
