Tormach's new 24R CNC router is the router you didn't know you needed. It's built on a solid base of cast iron, a welded steel stand, and an aluminum gantry. It's powered by single-phase 115 Vac., so it can go in just about every shop. The table is 26.7 in. x 65 in., with a gantry clearance of 6 in., and includes an integrated vacuum table. The 2 HP electrospindle is water cooled (with an included chiller), with a maximum speed of 24,000 RPM, and an ER20 spindle taper. All this power and rigidity not only delivers great wood cutting ability, but also the ability to cut aluminum.
