This week I am delighted to share a snippet of my conversation with Deirdre Morrison. This is 10-minutes focussing on managing your mind and nervous system during a time of crisis and stress. In particular, we look at the example of how we manage this latest global crisis in Ukraine and how it impacts people worldwide.
We will be combining ancient eastern approaches with modern neuroscience to ease trick the nervous system into accepting a new perspective on the event you are worried about.
I also have some great news on my Vagus Nerve 21-day Course!
I have just discounted my course from $147 to JUST $27!! I am keen to have as many people as possible work with me, so don't miss your chance to grab this discount. Go to remotetribe.co.uk/offers/L2GRt4kp/checkout
As someone who recovered from the severe trauma of losing my son, I know the importance of finding some ease within the body. I witnessed Joshua's last breaths, and this image aroused PTSD and severe anxiety and depression.
Accessing the Vagus Nerve and Polyvagal Theory was critical in my recovery. It allowed me to find a little ease whilst in tandem, I built a meditation practice and sought therapy.
This video is recorded live with a group participating in my online course (www.remotetribe.co.uk), where we dive deep into the neuroscience of stress, mindfulness, and recovery.
Recovery from whatever loss or stress you have suffered is possible. It does require a desire to do the work and a commitment to show up. Remember to seek help, speak to friends and find a therapist or coach that is right for you.
I would love to hear how you get on. Justin.
