Today’s video will be a something a little bit different but just as enjoyable.
I’m making Toasted Macadamia Nut Orgeat and you should too!
I substitute this orgeat often for Almond orgeat. It has a rich creamy texture and
boosts the flavor of any cocktail that uses Orgeat.
So join me at my home bar and I’ll show you how to make Toasted Macadamia Nut Orgeat!

Ingredients for Toasted Macadamia Nut Orgeat:
1/2 c. Toasted Macadamia Nuts
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Water
1/4 oz. Macadamia Nut liqueur (up to 1/2 an oz. Per your taste)
1/6 tsp. Xanthan Gum (2 pinches)
1/6 tsp. Gum Arabic (2 pinches)
2 Dashes Orange Flower water
That’s my recipe. Watch for method!
This recipe is one that I curated. I used recipe sources over the years
and combined them to make my final recipe.
