The Home Bartender is back with her 3rd Series of cocktails! Here's a cocktail that uses last weeks video "The Ginger Simple Syrup."
This week: The LEMON GINGER HIGHBALL! Though it's a late summer drink and winter is fast approaching...it's always a great time for a refreshing drink after you rake up all those leaves. Plus we get to use Ann's "French Grenadine" video recipe as well! It sparkles like dusk in Vermont, it glows like the ruby red color of leaves in fall and has that BITE of ginger...like the crisp taste of the coming winter. It's all here in one fine cocktail. Enjoy!

Lemon Ginger Highball
1 oz. Citron Lemon Vodka
1 oz. Domain De Canton
1/2 oz. Lemon
3/4 oz. Ginger Simple Syrup (see last weeks video recipe)
"Splash" of Grenadine (see past video for French Grenadine)
"Float" of Club Soda
Garnish with a Lemon Wheel!
Build in a highball glass, add ice, top with club soda.
