Let's make a Cranberry Mai Tai. It really is perfect for the holiday season.
It's from my Holiday Cocktail Series. It's a fun riff on a classic Mai Tai and
It's gonna be beautiful on your holiday table. So pull up a seat at my
home bar and let's make that Cranberry Mai Tai!
"Cranberry Mai Tai" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Orgeat
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Dry Orange Curaçao
*Can Sub Clement Creole Orange Shrubb
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Cranberry Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. (30 ml) White Martinique Rhum Agricole
1 oz. (30 ml) Dark Jamaican Rum
Garnish: Fresh Cranberries on a Cocktail Pick and a Dehydrated Lime Wheel.
Cranberry Syrup:
1 c. (237 ml) 100% Cranberry Juice (No Sugar Added)
3/4 c. (180 ml) Sugar
Whisk Over Medium Heat To Dissolve
