I had never tried the Penicillin cocktail before, saw it on a menu and decided why not?
I was blown away! Loved it. That first cocktail was a riff on the traditional Penicillin cocktail.
Since then, I have learned a bit about this cocktail and how to make it for friends who don't often drink Scotch. Today's cocktail is a great place to start.

Ps. I have seen this cocktail on Tiki Menus before. Therefore I do call it a Tiki cocktail in the video.

The "New" Penicillin | Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Blended Scotch
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Agave Nectar
2 oz. (60 ml) Ginger Beer
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Islay Single-Malt Scotch
Garnish with Candied Ginger
