Gremolata is a combination of minced garlic, parsley, and lemon zest. It's a condiment that's a garnish! Traditionally gremolata is the topping for Italian ossobuco (braised veal shanks), but we also love it as a garnish for roasted and grilled meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, even creamy stewed beans. Quick and easy to make gremolata is a healthy way to add flavor to any weeknight dinner. For more ideas check out the blog: dearmartini.wordpress.com
