This fruit tart is probably one of the best fruit tarts you will ever eat! The nice and buttery crust paired with the vanilla bean pastry cream and the fresh fruits is the most perfect combination ever! Enjoy!

Ingredients
Crust:
1 Cup flour + more for kneading
4 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
5 Tbsp Butter
1 Egg
Pastry Cream:
1 Cup Whole Milk
5 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp vanilla paste
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
11/4 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
For the Shell:
1/4 Cup Chocolate
Fruits- Blueberry,Blackberry,Strawberry, Rasberrry, Kiwi
1 Pack Plain Gelatin
1/2 Cup Hot Water

Directions:
For the Crust put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the butter, and cut it in. Add the egg and mix it until the dough comes together. Place flour on a cutting board, and put your dough on the cutting board. Knead the dough with flour- up to 1 cup max. Knead until it becomes the perfect consistancy (No longer sticky). Place it in the fridge for an hour to make it easier to roll. Butter your fruit tart pan, and roll the dough out, and place it into your pan. Bake it at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. To make the pastry cream, boil milk, sugar, and vanilla paste. In another bowl add eggs and sugar. Whisk it until it becomes a creamy color. Add the cornstarch and flour slowly and whisk until its combined. Temper the egg yolk mixture by adding the milk mixture slowly. Once its tempered, pour everything back into the pot, and put it on the stove. Add the butter and cook until it becomes thick. Once its thick place it into a bowl, cover it with saran wrap touching the cream, and put it into the fridge to cool. To make assemble the tart, melt chocolate, and spread it on the tart, so that the crust doesn't become soggy. Once its dried, add your pastry cream until it reaches the top. Then add your fruits in the pattern you desire. To preserve your fruit tart mix gelatin and hot water. Wait until it thickens into a gel, and then brush it over the fruits. Place your tart in the fridge for a couple of ours to cool!
