In this video, I hammer out a masquerade mask from 20 gauge brass sheet. This is a simple sheet metal project for a beginner armorer or metal sculptor but is somewhat challenging in that it involves compound curves. This is when, the metal changes plane in several directions within a small area. Mastering compound curves in sheet metal is a valuable skill for more complex pieces of armor or sculpture.
