In this video, I do the final step on the wolf head, the patina process. In this case, I quite simply apply gun blueing, then, buff out the highlights.
Then a recap of all the steps.....drawings, clay maquette, anneal brass sheet, dishing, sculpting over the stake, use of chisels for finer detail and back to patina.
I am endeavouring to layout the process in such a way that a beginner can follow. I would like to know how I did in this video and what I could do differently to make the process more clear? Let me know as I plan to make more tutorial videos on the repousse process.
