Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery. Today we are whipping up a sweet, juicy, delicious ham in the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker. Just in time for the holidays! There is nothing better than having a lovely dinner with friends and family during the holidays, and this ham is guaranteed to be the talk of the dinner. Ham is absolutely delicious, super quick to make, and so moist and juicy in the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker.
Ninja Foodie Ham
1 Ham up to 8 lbs.
1 1/2 C Water
Glaze
4 TBSP Brown Sugar
1/2 C Honey
1 Can Sliced Pineapple (reserve juice)
1/2 C Orange Juice
1 tsp Clove
Let's start with the glaze. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. In a saucepan on low heat, combine all ingredients whisking frequently for 7 - 10 minutes until glaze thickens up. Place ham in oven safe shallow pan or make a boat shape with aluminum foil. Coat glaze on ham, including inside the spirals, if using a spiral ham. Inset sliced pineapple onto slices. Place a trivet on the bottom of the Ninja Foodie and add 1 1/2 C water. Insert ham Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes/pound. After pressurized, allow ham to rest for an additional 10 minutes on warm (which the Ninja Foodie will automatically turn to after pressurizing). That is it! Enjoy! Happy Holidays!
