Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery, my name is Angela and today we're making the most delicious steahouse quality meal in our air fryer. A simple steak and simple potato. If you haven't tried steak and baked potatoes in your air fryer yet, you are completely missing out! It couldn't be more easy and I'm telling you, it is the most tender steak you will ever have. The baked potato is nice and fluffy and cooked to perfection. My mouth is currently watering again lol. Let's get to the simple recipe.
Mouthwatering Juicy Air Fryer Steak
Steak of your choice (I used sirloin steak)
Westershire Sauce
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Susie Q Seasoning (or salt, pepper, onion pepper and garlic salt)
Russet Potato
Rinse your potato really well and jab with fork many times. Cover in foil and place in air fryer at 375 F for 45 minutes. While the potato is baking in the air fryer, grab a zip lock baggie and put your steak in there and just kinda eyeball all sauces and seasonings. There really are no measurements to this (watch video). Leave on countertop for about a half hour or until it comes to room temperature. Crank up the temperature on the air fryer to 400 F and let's cook the steak for between 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how you like it cooked. I left mine in for 12 and it was perfect and at medium to well done. Still super juicy too.
I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed at all trying out a steak in the air fryer. I was really apprehensive due to cost and I was terrified I'd mess it up...don't be! Just keep your eye on it and check with temperature thing to get it to the doneness you desire. Mine was at 155 internally.
