Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're going to make ham in the air fryer! Plus we're going to make a quick potato salad and baked beans in the microwave. This complete meal is really easy and super delicious! With Easter quickly approaching, this is a perfect meal to prepare for friends and family with little effort. My family absolutely loves this meal!
Air Fryer Ham
2 - 3 lb Ham
Aluminum Foil
Wrap ham in foil leaving the seal on the top. Air fry at 330 F for 50 minutes, or until thermometer reaches 120 F. Add glaze at this point or just leave open (foil off) for an additional 15 minutes or until it reaches 145 F internally. Let rest in foil for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! This ham is so yummy and so versatile.
Glaze
1 C Pineapple or Orange Juice
4 Heaping TBSP Brown Sugar
3 Squirts Honey
1 TSP Clove
1 TSP Dijon Mustard
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan for about 10 - 15 minutes, until the glaze is reduced.
Grandma's Potato Salad
3 Russet Potatoes
3 Eggs
Paprika, for color
1 C Mayonaisse
2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
2 TBSP Sweet Pickle Relish
2 Celery Stalks (chopped)
1/4 C Green Onions (chopped)
Black Olives (optional)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Air fry eggs at 270 for 15 minutes. Peel and chop up potatoes and place in salted water on stovetop for 15 minutes (after water has come to a boil). Add all remaining ingredients together and toss. That's it! So delicious!
Microwavable Baked Beans
1 Can Baked Beans
1 1/2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 TBSP Ketchup
1/2 C Brown Sugar
Combine all ingredients together and pop in microwave until heated through. About 2 - 3 minutes total. Enjoy!
