Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're making a super easy breakfast. If you have a bit of polska kielbasa, hashbrowns, and an egg...you won't want to miss out on this one! So delicious and a family hit! All in one baking dish and an air fryer.

Here's the recipe...

Air Fryer Polska Kielbasa Hash

2 C frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
Polska Kielbasa (halved)
2 Tbsp onion (diced)
1/2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
1 egg
salt and pepper

In a preheated air fryer (350 F), heat up the hashbrowns, onions, garlic, salt and pepper, and Polska kielbasa in an oven safe dish for 5 minutes. Add 1 egg and cook for an additional 7 minutes. Break open egg for some ooey gooey air fryer polska kielbasa hash! Enjoy!
