Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're making a super simple walking Frito pie. It's so yummy and a fair favorite. Not only a fair favorite, but a family gathering favorite. The 4th of July is quickly approaching and I highly suggest making these for your lingering guests to curb their appetite when the food has run out or has been put away as leftovers.
Walking Frito Pie...
Individual package of Frito's
Chili (canned or use my recipe below)
Chopped onions
Blended cheese
That's it! Literally just warm your chili up in the microwave, open a bag of Frito's, add the onions and cheese. Grab a plastic spoon and enjoy!
Minimal clean up, super easy, and absolutely delicious! You're friends and family are going to love this and also bring back many memories of being at the fair (remember when we used to have fairs?).
