Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're going to make some fried zucchini in the air fryer. Takes no time and will certainly crave any munchie desires. I ate them alone, but you can pair them up with your favorite burger, or chicken sandwich, or anything else you'd like to have them as a side for.
Here is the recipe...
Cut up one zucchini into strips (12)
Flour (with your favorite seasoning)
2 eggs (whisked with a touch of water)
Bread crumbs (I used Italian)
Parmesan cheese
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees (F). Cut up your zucchini into strips or chips. Dip into flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Layer into air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring halfway. That's it! Told you it was quick and easy =)
