In today's video I will show you how to make a cocktail with Cynar called the Italian Buck.
But what else is in it you ask? It's a simple to make cocktail with another favorite Amaro of mine. Amaro Montenegro! It's a fabulous cocktail that's a perfect summer sipper.

"Italian Buck" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cynar
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Amaro Montenegro
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. (90 ml) Ginger Beer
Garnish: SurfSide Sips and a Dehydrated Lime Wheel
